All tattoo supplies are pickup only.

We hope to offer a tattoo supply delivery service soon for shops and licensed artists in a 50 mile radius of Relic Supply Co.

Purchases of collectibles are can be shipped or picked up. See more info in the description of the product.

Gift cards are a digital purchase only and will not be shipped or delivered.

Tattoo supplies are pickup only at the shop located at 421 West Chestnut Street Louisville KY 40202.

Relic Merch will be shipped by Printful. Shipping times vary depending on the quantity of items your order and current processing times. Currently, shipping speeds in the USA are 4-16 business days.

Collectibles will be shipped by us using USPS Priority Mail within 3-5 business days.

• Can I return tattoo supplies?

  No, we do not accept returns for tattoo supplies.

• Can I get a refund for my purchase?

  If your tattoo equipment/ item was faulty, please send us an email with a description of what happened and any relevant photos.

  Merch can be refunded through Printful.

• I’m a licensed artist, but I’m not working in a shop. Can I still make a purchase?

  In Kentucky, artists are required to work in a licensed tattoo shop and be registered with the health department in order to tattoo legally.

  We ask that you bring proof of being licensed when you pick up your purchase.

• How long will it take to receive my merch?

  Printful currently says shipping speeds in the USA are 4-16 business days. Depending on the quantity ordered.
